A pedal put past sainsburys, turning left at Proctor Smiddy and along to the turning left for Hadden, down through Kerchesters to Sprouston, then to Kelso, we will decide on the day if we return from Sprouston on the road or cycle way depending on the weather. As a lot of slippy leaves currently on cycle way.

Helmets must be worn, please have spare innertube, and repair kits for your bike. tyre levers, pump or CO2 inflator. Waterproof, mask/buff.
