Mountain Bike ride starting with a Steep road climb, to be rewarded by a sweeping descent from the shooting Hut at Old Hush, along Swale Hall Lane to a ramble along the river. Calling in at Dales Bike Centre for breakfast before heading back up hill to go home... children over 10 years old, need to have a good level of fitness and riding ability
