Abbey Wood Rail station, meet on the southern side overlooking Gayton Road car park.

A gentle to moderate ride lasting about three hours, hosted by Bexley Cyclists, mostly on quiet roads and off-road paths. The ride starts at Abbey Wood and goes via the riverside and Charlton Park to Greenwich Park, returning via Woolwich Common and Plumstead Common. It's about 17 miles, with many turns and just one long steady climb and one steep descent. A great opportunity to explore the many open spaces of the northern part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This ride may be suitable for accompanied children aged 13 or over, as well as for adults of all ages.
