This is a steady ride, approximately 16 miles along mainly quieter country roads.. We will ride at the pace that is best suited to everyone in the group, usually around11 mph. There will be a few inclines but I will support all riders to ensure that no one is left behind so that all the group can have an enjoyable ride. We will stop at Marley's in Wheathampstead for coffee and cake. This is a circular route returning to our starting point.
If you are unable to make it on the day please contact me on 07794386957.

Please remember to bring,
Two spare innertubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers and a spanner for your wheels if you do not have quick release.)
A water bottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
