This is a confidence building ride. We will be heading out from Great Notley on the cycle paths, to Felsted via quiet lanes, then return via the Flitch Way and Great Notley country park.
Some of the ride will be off road and the rest mostly on quiet lanes.
We will stop for a break at Felsted cafe.
Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube with you. Cash or card are accepted at the cafe.
