Great Missenden Breeze Autumn Spin to Great Hampden

After enjoying that extra hour in bed why not join us for an autumn ride through the Chiltern Hills. This is an undulating ride - there are a couple of longish gentle climbs to warm us up and one short steepish hill but don't let that put you off as we always regroup and catch our breath at the top! We will set off from Great Missenden and cycle through Prestwood, Bryants Bottom and Great Hampden. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately - it could be a bit chilly at 9.30. If I have to cancel I'll message through this website.

Checklist of things to bring: Helmet - You can't join my rides without one Mudguards - are a good idea for group rides depending on the weather Front and rear lights - not essential but a good idea if it is a dull day 2 i Inner tubes, tyre levers and a pump in case you have a puncture Rainwear/gilet - weather dependent (worn or in your pocket/bike bag) Water bottle Bike lock Please check your bike is in good working order before the ride.
