Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Join us for a bike ride to beautiful Canons Park. We’ll take quiet roads and parks wherever possible to get there. There is also the option of returning by train on the Jubilee line from Canons Park station, carrying your bike up the stairs to platform level.
This ride will be completed at a leisurely pace and has no particularly challenging hills. We will mostly travel on quiet roads and will visit a number of parks along the way.
Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible riding adult.
All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• Dress for the expected weather.
