Gosport Clarion's Regular Thursday Evening Social Ride

Every Thursday Gosport Clarion Cycle Club host a social ride for any riders that would like an evening cycle. The route alternates between a loop around the Gosport Penisula (Fareham, Titchfield, Hill Head, Lee on Solent, Gosport etc) and other routes to Warsash, Portsmouth, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth or just into the country lanes on the other side of the M27. The route is rarely longer than 25 miles, usually at a social pace - the speed of the slowest rider. Expect average speeds of 10-13mph. Often there's cake and sometimes a stop at a cafe or pub. Good cycle lights are highly recommended.
