Starting from - mini roundabouts, south gosforth, beside the chinese takeaway and the brandling villa pub. setting off east on the waggonway that starts on the other side of the roundabouts, heading to the rising sun park, then through battle hill, under the coast road and down the tracks to the river near willington quay, back along the no 72 east to the newcastle quayside. Anybody continuing from the hub will be based on time available to get to the leazes park for 13.15hrs. NE3 1QL

With a sky ride in Leazes Park in the afternoon (i am one of the ride leaders) i am running a ride from the 2 mini roundabouts in south gosforth heading down the waggonways to the rising sun park, tripping round the park before heading further east to pick up the wild and rugged tracks down to the tyne to then hop onto the No72 heading east back into newcastle for a stop off at the Hub. Taking a break at the hub this could be the break off for anybody looking at time or continuing into newcastle the leisurely way (scotswood road) to be at the leazes park start point for 1.30pm. You can join for any of the route, all of the route and if doing the sky ride rpund leazes park i'll show you a lovely route back to the two mini roundabouts after. we set off at 09.45, we'll be at the hub by around 12.
