North tyneside waggonways east from south gosforth to the sliverlink, south on the No10 reivers to the royal quays marina, east on the No 72 hadrian cycleway . West on the No72 to wallsend, north west back to south gosforth from there.

Setting off from the 2 mini roundabouts in south gosforth we'll head along the waggonways to pick up the No10 at the silverlink, drop down to the river and hop onto the No72 to tynemouth. if the opportunity exists a short break to fuel up on ice cream before heading back along the No72 towards newcastle to return to south gosforth on a different route. The route is maily tarmac and gravel, any bike can traverse it but those with skinny 'racing' tyres may struggle a little in places.
