We'll ride from Asda towards South Gosforth roundabout (as it used to be!) and take traffic-free paths to Wallsend. A short section of road will take us to the southern entrance to the Rising Sun Country Park. There, we'll ride along the waggonway to Silverlink Shopping Park. We’ll continue to Cullercoats using cycle lanes and some quiet estate roads, and then along the coast to Crusoes, Tynemouth where we’ll stop for refreshments.

We’ll return to Gosforth following the reverse route.
