Goodmayes Park

This is a short but very sweet route starting in Goodmayes Park.  This route really shows you the best way to enjoy the parks in Redbridge is by bike!  From Goodmayes Park you head over to Goodmayes Park Recreational Ground before continuing south into Mayesbrook Park where you will take a lap of the duck ponds.  This route really is perfect for those wanting to get out on their bike and enjoy the parks without having to stretch your legs too much!
