Rose Garden Cafe Staple

Nice flat route from Grove Ferry to the cafe at Staple Garden Centre. This will be a circular route out via Wickambreaux, Staple, Ash and Preston. We will cycle mostly on quiet country lanes but there will be times when we will be on busier roads so expect some interaction with cars.

Please remember your.....
- cycle helmet - compulsory
- spare inner tube, pump and tools needed if you don't have quick release wheels
- drink
- payment card for parking refreshments
- a contact number for a lift/assistance in case of mechanical breakdown!! (ride leaders are not trained mechanics!)

Please check your bike over before you leave for the ride eg. brakes, tyres, chain, gears etc.
