About the route

Free car park at Golitha Falls, Draynes Valley near Dobwalls / Liskeard. There is a cafe / loos if you would like a cuppa before or after your ride.

With a short ascent to start we then follow the Fowey river along the Draynes Valley before a steady incline which reveals moorland views and our destination - Jamaica Inn. After refreshments you have two options. 1 To cycle the 6 and a bit miles along the outward route back to the start point. 2 To follow an 11 mile undulating route with great views of Colliford Lake which takes us back to the start point via Wenmouth cross. Whichever route you choose, you will be riding on exposed moorland so please dress appropriately. Please wear a helmet, bring money for refreshments and the means to repair a puncture on your bike.
