From Tregaron, we will go to Gogoyan Bridge on the A485 and return via Llanddewi Brefi.
We will then travel to Pontrhydfendigaid and return the same way.
We will have a coffee stop either in Tregaron at halfway or in Pontrhydfendigaid on the second part.
Please wear bright colours and a helmet, bring spare inner tubes plus money for the coffee stop.
