FREE AND OPEN TO ALL SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF RIDERS INCLUDING FAMILIES (WE HAVE A REGULAR RIDER WHO IS 6 YEARS OLD) Join Sustrans volunteers on a Go Explore Ride in the Garnock Valley for a Summer Picnic and Nature Hunt. We will be passing through Lochwinnoch RSPB, Castle Semple (Muirshiel Regional Park), and a Sustrans Greener Greenways stretch of NCN7. Meeting 11am at Beith Town house, The Strand. The closest train station to the start point is Glengarnock. The route will follow NCN 7 through the Garnock Valley from Beith to Lochwinnoch then Kilbirnie, before returning to Beith Strand. The ride shall be at an easy to pace and is suitable for families. Riders under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Riders should wear suitable clothing for changeable weather and bring food and drink for the ride. BRING A PICNIC! The ride including lunch will last around 2 hours.
