Starting from - Bull Beck Picnic Area: From M6 Jn34 take A638 signed Caton Eastwards. ~1mile past Caton, Bull Beck is signed. Turn Right into Area. Free parking, Cafe Toilets available (payable 40p)

All cycleway from start to finish. Surfaced from Bull Beck to beyond Lancaster and then on a former rail track so all level gradient and all picturesque. Two short tunnels. Some gravel. Easy riding. No Traffic.
STOPS at Glasson (half way point) and elsewhere as required.
