Getting back on your bike

Now that the better weather has arrived it is an ideal time to get back on your bike to explore the countryside around Market Rasen. This is one of a set of rides to help you build your confidence up on your bike. The ride is around 7.5 miles long and after riding through Market Rasen we will follow mostly quiet roads. There will be a chance for a café stop in one of Market Rasen's cafés' after the ride to make it a social event as well as good exercise. The pace will be no more than 8mph, slower if it needs to be. No one will be left behind!
To take part on this ride you must have a roadworthy bike, a check will be made before the ride and you must wear a helmet. Please bring a drink and a snack to help you along the way. In case you have a puncture please bring a spare inner tube suitable for your wheels and a working pump. If we go to a cafe then you may want to lock your bike up.
