Get Pedaling and get on your bike!

Breeze Network Blackpool will be back in the saddle as from Wednesday 20th January with the help of Sport Blackpool and we are concentrating on developing ladies and encouraging them to get on their bikes. The thought of cycling on your own and on busy roads can also put ladies off cycling so why not come and join us on our 6 week ride series on Palatine Track. Its a 1km track and this means you can ride 1km or 50km in the 1 hour. Its for all abilities and the 6 weeks will let you build on your fitness, group cycling, confidence and stamina to join us on our next 6 week series on the Promenade. Confidence is key and riding with like minded ladies will ensure you are ready to face the roads. It doesn't matter what type of bike you have (as long as it is functional, it has lights, has been serviced and has air in the tyres) you can join fellow Breeze ladies and Champions to building a better biking outlook. Our group is informal, chatty, and very friendly so please don't feel nervous about joining. Don't forget we have been there before. What will you need: A bike (which has been serviced and is roadworthy) A helmet is a necessity Lights as its still dark in the evenings Warm clothing Waterproof jacket if raining A spare innertube for your tyres A drink Plenty of conversation and banter to keep us entertained. There is ample parking at the venue too so if you are bringing your bike in the car, this isn't a problem.
