GET ACTIVE Bicycle Belles Beginners 12 week Course (ladies only)

Starting from - We will meet at the football pavilion. Whickham Fellside Youth Football Club, Watergate Park, Consett Road, Lobley Hill, Gateshead NE11 9RQ (Please note that Satellite Navigation Devices will direct you to the Large Car Park) The Clubhouse and Pitches are located to the left of Emmanuel College. From the Lobley Hill Roundabout over the A1(M) Western Bypass, take the A692 up Lobley Hill Bank. If you continue on the A692 Consett Road, keep in the left-hand lane you will reach the summit of the hill and then see Emmanuel College on your right. A SMALL CAR PARK is located just after the College, before the Ravensdene Lodge Hotel, ont he right. Park your vehicle then walk up the track on the right to the Clubhouse. The LARGE CAR PARK is accessed by taking the same A692 Lobley Hill Bank road, but stay in the right-hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights onto the B6317 Whickham Road. Travel for about 250-300 yards and take the entrance on the left into Watergate Park (opposite Woodburn Gardens on the right). Park your vehicle in the far corner and walk down the paths towards the Clubhouse. WATERGATE PARK is a huge and popular recreational area and we encourage our visitors to use it. It is a Nature Reserve with a lake and wonderful walks. NE11 9RQ
