Meeting at the entrance to Salt Ayre (parking available if required)
We will head down the cycle track from Salt Ayre towards the Millennium Bridge and then onto the Crook of Lune and take in the beautiful views
This ride is aimed at people who want to go at a gentle pace without any pressure.
Don’t forget your helmet, appropriate clothing for the weather, puncture repair kit, you may wish to bring a drink or snack with you
