Gentle ride around MK Parks, Lakes & Rivers - Parks Trust Festival of walking

Milton Keynes Breeze joins up with the Parks Trust to offer a women's gentle ride as part of the the Parks Trust Walking Festival.

We welcome all adult women (sorry no under 16's),who like to ride their bikes.

We are not about speed! Breeze is all about enjoying cycling in a friendly and social way with other like minded women. No one ever gets left behind!

We will set off from the Cricket Green Car park in Woolstone, where there is limited free car parking.

We will follow the Grand Union Canal to Woughton on the Green, before heading down to Caldecotte Lake, cycle around the lake and return via the beautiful Ouzel Valley and river to Willen Lake. We will cycle around Willen Lake before making our way back to Woolstone.

This is a very pretty and scenic route through Milton Keynes green spaces.

This ride is suitable for all women who cycle and for any type of bike. We do ask you to wear a cycle helmet though. Please also bring water.

We will stop at points on the ride to take a breather, take photos and have a drink. There are toilets at Willen Lake if needed.
