About the route
We cycle out of the lovely Dales town of Grassington and are quickly in the beautiful countryside. Our route takes us on a short section of main road past Kilnsey Crag before we turn off along a B road into the Litton valley. This is a beautiful ride, climbing subtley to the top of the valley. Needless to say our return journey is almost all downhill before we take a small climb heading to Kettlewell. From here it is a straight quiet country lane back to Grassington, although we do have a small climb to get back to the town!
