This is a circular ride from the View Tube Cafe.

The ride is for cyclists with basic bike handling skills to help build confidence as well as clocking up mileage. We will going through Victoria Park and Mile End Park, towpaths onto th CS3 all the way to Tower Bridge. There will be an option to also explore the Olympic park at the end, depending on time and participant preference, before returning to the View Tube. As with all group rides, the route will be adapted to the suitability of the group and will go at the pace of the slowest rider.

Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for February (ideally thermal leggings, fitting tops, layers as well as waterproofs). Don't forget warm gloves and socks as hands and feet tend to get cold very easily and slow to warm up. A small saddle bag or rucksack is recommended for your personal belongings. Also bring some money and an Oyster card in case you need/want to return by public transport.

Please make sure your bike is fully functioning and serviced by a qualified mechanic if it hasn't been in use for a while. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Please bring a spare inner tube and a mini tool kit if you have one. Have at least a bottle of water or a flask to keep hydrated and if you're like me, bring lots of energy snacks!

If you attend 4 Breeze rides between 1st January and 11th March 2018, you will automatically be sent a Breeze goody bag on the #breezethroughwinter offer. Goody bags will be sent out sometime in March by British Cycling. So make sure you book online (www.letsride.co.uk/breeze) with your FULL account details to qualify.
