Gardens and Cemeteries

From Millenium Square we will follow river bank routes to Old Durham Gardens, returning via the churches and cemeteries of Durham. Expect to be out for 2 hours.
Optional drink in the pub at the end of the ride :)

From Millenium Square we will pedal along to Old Durham Gardens and return via tye churches and cemeteries of Durham. An insight into the history and notable characters of the city

Mainly off road, with some sections on quiet city roads

We’ll be stopping to look at flora and fauna as well as notable artefacts along the route

Helmets are always advisable, as are clothing suitable for the weather. An inner tube suitable for your bike wheel, a pump and tyre levers are also useful.
