A flat ride around quiet and often narrow lanes with sections of the Fylde coast thrown in. Further places are available for booking on the Bus Stop Bikers website https://busstopbikers.co.uk/event/fylde-lanes-and-coast/

Although many of the roads are quiet narrow lanes, and may be a little rough, you will be fine with a standard road bike.

Lunch break can be taken, best option is in Knott End.

Helmets are always advisable but NOT compulsory. Money / card if you require lunch. 20p charge for the Cartford Toll Bridge. Please bring usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Emergency or daytime running lights can be a good idea.

We never leave anyone behind
