*** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

This is a short introductory off road ride in the Forest of Newborough famous for its beautiful coastal scenery and red squirrels (although I have never seen one there!) . It is very straight forward with no technical sections with the exception of some sandy patches and standing water. There are no significant hills.

We will follow the main forest tracks from the Llyn Parc Mawr community woodland car park riding through to the main Newborough car park on route. We will take a short detour to take in the beach views of LLandwyn Island.
On return to the Llyn Parc Mawr car park we will then undertake an optional road ride on the lanes of Angelsey. Please sign up for this separately .

This ride is suitable for mountain bikes, gravel bikes and hybrid bikes including E bikes the bikes must have some tread on the tyres . It is not suitable for bikes with skinny road tyres
Helmets and gloves should be worn. Also a drink and snack if you wish.

First-timers welcome!
