Fundamentals of Mountain Biking Ride - LLyn Brenig and LLyn Alwen ride

**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

Explore this area of Mynydd Hiraethog by bike. This ride follows forest tracks, quiet tarmac roads, single tracks and bridleways around part of LLyn Alwen and LLyn Brenig on the Denbighshire moors. Except for the car parking area and odd fisherman the route is traffic free. The surface is well compacted gravel, tarmac or shale with virtually no technical sections. It is idea for gravel bikes and mountain bikes Suitable E bikes with chunky tyres are welcome. If you dont have a suitable bike I can supply one.
The visitors centre has toilets and a cafe where we will enjoy cake and coffee at end of the ride

The area is remote and wild with little phone signal. The area may be subject to bad weather at times so dress for the cold, wind and wet and be prepared if we have to postpone.

Helmets, full finger gloves, enclosed toe shoes/trainers must be worn . Glasses are recommended .
