**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

If you've not mountain biked before or want to build up some confidence - join me for this beginners rider where I will take you step by step through riding the first 2 or 3 loops of the Blue graded MinorTaur trail.

If you're not sure which session to book on, please get in touch, or you can chat to us on the day.
For more information on all the Festiva activities you can book on check out the event:

**If you have any medical conditions, allergies, need to take medication etc can you drop me a message beforehand.**

A limited number Free hard tail MTBs are available for the Festiva, together with discounted E and full sus MTBs, kindly supplied by Beics Brenin especially to support Breeze. These hire bikes need to be booked ahead of time - please email [email protected] if you would like to book one).

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike in good working order & suitable for riding off road. You'll need a MTB or a hybrid with suitable off road tyres for this ride

- A helmet is compulsory for this ride

- Full fingered gloves are essential. They usually have a good selection for sale in the shop at CyB if you don't have any

- Suitable footwear eg. trainers (no open toed shoes/ sandals)

- You may want to consider some eye protection - sunglasses would be fine

- Suitable clothes. Something that you will feel comfortable in - but no baggy trousers or clothes that could get caught or snagged. Eg. tracksuit bottoms would work well, layers are good. Consider the weather (a waterproof coat is a good idea).

-A small rucksack is useful

- A drink and any snacks for the ride (you'll find the miles more strenuous than the same road miles - so its worth having something to eat before the ride to keep you going)

- Any necessary medication (Epi pens, asthma inhalers etc)

- Money for the cafe

- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres

If you've got any questions or wonder whether this is the ride for you - please do get in touch ([email protected])
