Fundamentals of Mountain Biking Ride - Blue at Llandegla

**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

This ride takes the blue route at One Planet Adventure bike park Coed LLandegla . This is a great introduction to single track riding in a great location. The ride does involve quite a long climb so a certain degree of fitness is required . After the climb it is virtually down hill all the way with some interesting sections of easy burms, fast rollers and rocky terrain, nothing is too difficult but with lots of interest. We will proceed at a gentle pace on the uphill and steady pace on the downhill staying together as a group and stopping for breaks.

At the end there is a great cafe where we can relax, chat and plan our next ride.

This ride is best done on hardtail or full sus mountain bikes. If you dont have a suitable MTB bike let me know. I can bring one along for you or you can hire one there.. The surface is often compacted rock which makes for a lumpy ride on a gravel bike

Helmets, full finger gloves and shoes with toes must be worn . Bring a waterproof Glasses are advised, bring a drink and a snack
