Fundamentals of Mountain Biking - Festive ride at Coed y Brenin - Minotaur

**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leaders. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, we also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****

Join us for a festive ride in the forest riding the Blue MinorTaur trail. Although this is intended as a beginners MTB ride and you don't need any technical skills to ride it, there will be sections of single track and some short climbs - so some experience on a MTBike can help. It is fine to walk sections you are not comfortable with

"If you are already confident on a bike then the MinorTaur offers the perfect introduction to mountain biking. Graded blue the trail offers a reasonably flat and wide (no narrower than around 1.5m). You'll find a little climbing and descending, some fun berms and bumps but no really major climbs or descents."

After the ride we can meet at the cafe in Trawsfyndd for coffee cake or lunch

If you dont have a suitable bike I can bring one for you or you can hire one

Helmets and gloves should be worn. Glasses are advisable . Warm waterproof jacket that you don't mind getting wet and muddy . Bring a drink and snack.
