This ride is aimed at female beginners or women returning to cycling after a long break. We will take a leisurely ride along Swan Lane from the Gwernymynydd Village Centre to Nercwys where we will head back to the outskirts of Mold. If you fancy we can stop for a hot drink at Wood Works Coffee Shop. Then we will head back to the start through the Industrial Estate. Don't worry about the hill back to the village centre we can walk this. No one will be left behind. The aim of these rides are to build your confidence and make new friends.
