This Cumbria Breeze ride is open for anyone to join

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Join us for a leisurely 12.5 mile ride from Askham. This will be a gentle ride on the road exploring the villages around Askham, near Penrith. . This ride will be suitable for all abilities; the route is all on good tarmac roads and will be suitable for all bike types.
We will start our ride in Askham and ride through Brampton to Rosgill. From here we will return to Askham by returning to Brampton and then riding through Whale.
We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. Our aim is for everyone to enjoy their ride.
Remember to wear clothes that are comfortable to cycle in. It is a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket and a bottle of water. We always recommend that you wear a cycle helmet.
