Friday spin in the FLABulous sunshine

Bored sat at home ..... want to go out on your bike but want some company.... then come and join me/us for a gentle ride tomorrow

Starting from outside Ribby Hall village we will head out onto the country lanes for a ride in the lovely Fylde countryside, we will be stopping for a refreshments at the halfway point

**** this route is suitable for all levels of rider but a really great ride if you’re new to cycling as it’s a manageable distance and as ever don’t worry NOBODY gets left behind ****
