Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
We will meet and head out from Headley's cafe towards Nether Edge, Brincliffe and Ecclesall. We will then turn up to Ringinglow and Mayfield before going to Redmires. At Redmires we will turn round before returning to Headley's via Fulwood, Broomhill and Hunters Bar.
Please wear comfortable clothing suited to the weather. Helmets are optional. It is recommended that you carry spare inner tubes, multi tool, drinks and snacks. Please bring a road worthy bike. All bikes welcome but you may find it harder on road if on a mountain bike.
