We are offering you a unique opportunity to ride a bike with your baby without the hassle. You can get your shape back with like minded mums from the local area and meet new friends on an enjoyable 6 week programme of active mums rides. We will provide the bikes, trailers, seats, helmets, high viz jackets, helmets and a number of Breeze Champion to support you in your steps to a healthier and more active lifestyle - whilst having fun with other mums and your baby. These rides are designed to provide a Hassle Free experience with your baby/little one(s). If you require a double trailer (two little ones aged between 6m and 4.5yrs) please phone 01626 438353 or email prior to attending to ensure that they have not been booked already (only 2 available on each ride). There is usually a small charge to the Bike Shop for the hire of the bikes/trailers of just £4.00 per ride, payable when you arrive. Bring your baby (6 months +) on a ride for the first time and experience the freedom and fun of a Parent/Tots ride. Places are limited, so book straight away. *This ride will include a short visit to Teignbridge District Council Offices to meet Senior Managers and talk to some independent assessors about the programme and the benefits it has brought to local mums and the community.*
