Starting from - We will meet in the carpark at 14 locks canal centre. The carpark will be closed but you can park on the nearby residential streets.

We will follow the cycle track along the canal down to malpas, there is a short on road section along a quiet road, we will rejoin the cycle path at Sainsbury's and follow the river path to Caerleon. The cycle path goes alongside the amphitheatre and comes out by the Ship Inn where we will stop for a drink.
We will then return the way we came back to 14 locks. A bit uphill but the steep sections can be walked.
All welcome.
Please wear a helmet, bring lights, water and a snack, a spare inner tube for your bike and the means to change it in case of a puncture.
