Fourteen Locks to Sirhowy Valley Country Park

Get the week off to a great start with a refreshing breeze along the canal to Sirhowy Valley Country Park and back. Meet at fourteen locks canal centre car park NP10 9GN. 12 miles in total, about 1.5 hours cycling plus the usual faffing and social fun. Bring a thremos and a snack for a picnic at the country park. Please bring a bike lock if you have one For all rides please ensure that your brakes are functional and that your wheels are turning freely, tyres should be firm enough that you can't dimple them with your thumb.
