Four Seasons Ribble Valley Tour - Summer

The aim of this series of rides is to tour through the beautiful villages of the Ribble Valley during each of the four seasons of the year thus seeing the Ribble Valley in all it`s contrasting beauty. Todays ride is the second village tour ( the summer tour ) which will start from our bus stop depot at Roe lee before heading north towards Whalley, from here we ride through the villages of Wiswell, Pendleton, Worston, Downham,Chatburn, Grindleton, West Bradford, before arriving at Waddington for a well deserved cuppa. From here we continue the tour by heading towards Bashall Barn before turning towards Great Mitton where we follow the road through Hurst Green and Knowle Green before turning left to head towards Ribchester were a second cuppa could be on offer before heading back home via Dinkley, Langho and Wilpshire. The distance of this ride is approx 30 to 35 miles with a few lumpy bits but nothing that will trouble any of us
