Forest Farm to Caerphilly Castle

Starting from the Forest Farm car park close to the Taff Trail in Whitchurch (check out the exact location on the map), we'll go up the Taff Trail, through Tongwynlais and Taff's Well, and follow Route 4 along to Caerphilly Castle. We'll stop somewhere for some delicious coffee and cake before heading back. It's almost all downhill on the way back, as we return through Nantgarw past the China Works Museum and back into Taff's Well where we will rejoin the Taff Trail and ride back to the start point.
