We first head north to the Chainbridge crossing via Duddo, Shoreswood and Horncliffe.
From there we ride to Berwick via Paxton and cycle path joining Castle Terrace and Castle Gate, we then cut through Bank Hill and ride under the new road bridge before crossing the Tweed again over the old bridge.
We then ride along Dock Road to Spittal where we stop the Promenade Cafe.
After our tea and sticky we head up through Elmbank and back to the Etal road and home.

Don't forget your money for a brew!
A bike lock might be an idea too.
