For the Sheer Health of it - Asda to Pennells and back

The ride will leave the Asda Carpark North Hykeham at 9.30am and travel in a straight line along the A46 cycle route to Pennell's Garden Centre This is a ride to suit the complete novice cyclist. The ride takes place on cycle routes both segregated and on road and is designed for beginners and returning cyclists who want to gain confidence alongside traffic and meet other ladies at a similar level. We will have a coffee break at Pennell's for a nice chat before returning again along cycle routes both on road and segregated. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather as the ride will take place even if it cold and it rains. Please bring a lock for your bicycle as the cafe inside Pennell's is out of sight of the cycle parking area. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for registration and cycle checks.
