car park on the Castleman Trailway , Ringwood off the A31 and at the junction with Hurn Lane, BH242AB Free parking
We follow the traffic free route along the Castleman Trailway from Ringwood and into West Moors . The wooded tracks cross into Uddens a Plantation taking in the beautiful autumn colours .
The route follows the old railway lines.
We then turn round and follow the route back to the Lantern Cafe for a welcome Cuppa and a yummy cake !
