Thames Chase Community Forest

Come and try this route for all abilities, especially families as the park is full of things to do and see during and you've cycled the route.  The route takes you round a flat circular route round the forest starting and ending at the visitor centre, why not take a well deserved rest here!

Thames Chase Community Forest is home to a variety of trails, ponds, meadows and even an orchard planted with traditional Essex apple and pear varieties. Scattered around the site are fun environmental play areas for children, including an Ants Nest, Hollow Logs and the Trusty Oak, which offers beautiful views across the whole site.  The Forest Centre offers lots of features and bags of room to provide more than enough activity the full family.  Why not bring a picnic and make a day of it!
