Folkestone, Sandgate and Hythe all have a rich history.  Starting at the Grade 2 listed world famous Leas lift you will ride along the coast to Sandgate, passing directly past Henry VIII's Sandgate Castle joining the Napoleonic Royal Military Canal, before heading back in the opposite direction.  Folkestone's coastline is its pride and joy, with the North Downs not too far off in distance creating a warm microclimate on the Kent coast, what better way to enjoy it than on two wheels?
