We are likely to go on some roads with traffic, quiet roads where possible.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Bike lock for when we stop for refreshments - coffee and cake.
A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
