Starting from - Starting from The Elgar centre, Upton county park (meeting under the gazebo)
If arriving by car please use the larger car park to the left of the Elgar centre as the smaller one to the right can be locked without warning. NN5 4EH, NN5 4EH

A Traffic free cycle path trip from Upton country park to the white water centre billing rd, cutting through Brackmills and the back of Delapre Abbey to the Uni for refreshments at “The Market” uni café. After which we will visit the bike marking event at Delapre Abbey
Returning via a short section of road before picking up the canal towpath to Swan valley.
Just to empathise this is a casual ride under 10 mph
No one will be left behind.
Following along the cycle path near the river and returning via the canal towpath.
