1 hour training rides. Either speed work or hill work or combination of both. Riders must be capable of roughly 12mph as these evenings are intended as training for the faster members of the group.
Mostly roads with some tarmac trails. These will as much as possible be quieter country lanes.
A 1 hour training ride with no stops unless to regroup or get our breath back.
Helmets are mandatory on flab rides. Please bring suitable lights for bike and clothing for conditions of the day.
