Slow plod following NCN1 to barrage then down haverton towards port clarence and into grounds for saltholme


we will leave turners mill 10:30 heading towards the barrage and sweeping back then heading towards the centre for refreshment's before return back

gravel , cycle paths and quieter roads

we will stop for few mins at barrage then longer at saltholme cafe so bring pennies

also helmet compulsory , water , bits to fix bike

We never leave anyone behind
