FLAB Social Rides: Muir of Ord & Black Isle

Riding up the closed estate road from the entrance to Glen Strathfarrar. We won't get all the way up the glen (we may do that at a later date) but will get far enough to give a taste of this beautiful place.

Something a bit different this weekend! We will meet in the Glen Strathfarrar car park, along the minor road from Struy leading into the Glen. From there, we'll ride into Glen Strathfarrar. We'll head into the glen for 45 - 60 minutes, then turn round and head back.

This is completely traffic-free, closed tarmac road (except for estate vehicles and a limited number of cars). However, it is in remote country, so riders need to be well equipped and self sufficient for repairs. It's a long walk home if your bike breaks and you can't fix it!
